Silverfin Capital Limited offered investors an opportunity through a proportionate ownership scheme to acquire a share of a beneficial interest in the land and buildings at 88 Saint Hill Street, Whanganui. The proportionate ownership scheme (as created by the Deed of Participation) is known as the 88 Saint Hill Street Scheme. The Property is a two-level department store of 5,661m² that is fully leased to The Farmers’ Trading Company Limited on a 25-year lease which commenced on 26 February 2015.

Investors are currently receiving distributions of 6.5% per annum. The net asset value per unit as at 31 December 2023 is $53,540.

184 investment parcels of $50,000 each were offered. Each party that applied for an interest and had its application accepted became an investor in the Scheme. Each Investor acquired a beneficial interest in the Property. The record of title to the Property will be held by 88 Saint Hill Street Nominees Limited as bare trustee for the Investors.
