We currently have a 12-month investment opportunity secured by registered first mortgage over a residential property located a few kilometres west of Christchurch. Christchurch and the surrounding areas have benefited from strongly appreciating property values having experienced over 35% increase in the 12 months ending Jan 2022.

The property has had a valuation completed on 01 March 2022 by Canterbury Valuations limited reflecting a ‘as is’ value of $1,506,000. The client seeking $900,000 for 12-months resulting in an LVR of 60%.

The property comprises of land of 1.0043 hectares flat in contour and boarded with established planting providing an impressive setting for the dwelling.
