Overview

Rocket Finance Limited is a privately owned peer-to-peer funding company offering Wholesale investors strong returns secured by registered 1 st mortgage over residential property. This investment is offering a return of 6.5% p.a.


We currently have a 12-month investment opportunity secured by registered first mortgage over a newly built residential property located in Stanmore Bay, Auckland. Stanmore Bay is the longest beach on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula and is also the location of the proposed Penlink Intersection, which is a proposed alternative route between the Whangaparaoa Peninsula and State Highway 1 at Redvale.

The property has had a valuation completed on 22 March 2022 by Hibiscus Coast Valuers reflecting a‘as is’ value of $875,000. The client seeking $525,000 for 12-months resulting in an LVR of 60%.

The property comprises of a newly built three story terraced home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on a freehold title. The home is constructed with weatherboard cladding and the interior layout features an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with good indoor/outdoor flow onto decking. Total floor space is 100m2. The clients have very strong statements of position and good credit scores with no defaults. The exit will be refinancing to the bank upon expiry.


The investment is supported by a great security, strong clients and a low LVR of 60%.


Investors hold mortgage security over the property by way of deed of trust along with personal guarantees from the borrowers. Rocket Finance fully manages the investment.
