Convertible Note 

• The convertible note is only available to investors looking to invest over NZ$1m.
• Offering a preferential coupon yield of 12-15% p.a. paid monthly (or ability to have capitalised and compounded monthly).
• Terms of 3-5 years with an option to convert at year 2 at an $80m enterprise valuation or leave as a fixed-term coupon at the initial coupon rate.
• Security by shared First Ranking GSA over NZ Fintech Group Limited and subsidiaries.

Debt Investment

• The debt investment/term deposit is available for investments under NZ$1m.
• Offering a preferential coupon yield of 12-15% p.a. paid monthly (or ability to have capitalised and compounded monthly).
• Terms of 3-5 years.
• Security by shared First Ranking GSA over NZ Fintech Group Limited and subsidiaries. 

The investment will fund an expansion for the group into digital vehicle finance under the newly established brand ZOOMA — set to fully launch in 2021 following the successful NZ$50m raise of a senior line of credit from a syndicate of Australasian and Silicon Valley investors.

The group’s strategy is to disrupt the traditional approach to non-bank finance, a growing sector worth NZ$6.2b annually. The initial opportunity exists to disrupt the traditional approach to vehicle finance in New Zealand and create a top-of-mind digital vehicle finance lender. It is the group's mission to be the top-of-mind digital lender in the vehicle finance space.
