Silverfin Capital Limited (Silverfin) Provida Portfolio Scheme is proportionate ownership of the land and buildings at;

  • 138 Wiri Station Road, Manukau, Auckland
  • 27 Sheffield Street, Te Rapa, Hamilton
  • 57-65 El Prado Drive, Milson, Palmerston North
  • 5C & 5D Macrae Avenue, Mt Maunganui, Tauranga

Investors are currently receiving distributions of 5.00% per annum. The net asset value per unit as at 30 September 2023 is $66,124.


233 investment parcels of $50,000 were offered in the Scheme. Each party that applied for an interest and had their application accepted, became an investor in the Scheme.


The Property consists of four prime industrial assets which have been developed for Provida, a food distribution business. The properties are ideally located for convenient access to distribution and transport routes across the North Island in sought after industrial high value growth markets. All four premises are maintained to a high standard and comply with New Zealand’s stringent food health regulations. The Property is subject to long term leases to Provida Foods Limited (Provida), who operate a successful and expanding food distribution business from the properties.
